The 2010 Ford Taurus is getting a dramatic redesign in place of the current model's unremarkable styling. A spy photo from within Ford's design studio uncovered the revamped sedan well ahead of its official unveil early next year. Expect to see a new lineup of engines as well including Ford's new EcoBoost V6.
